Regarding reservation:
- After your request， Online Support will send you a Confirmation Request mail if space is available.
- Please reply by the deadline to confirm. No reply = Auto-cancel

- Confirmation takes 1-2 Online support business days (closed on weekends/holidays).
- Reservation open 3 months in advance.
- Groups of 11+ must book via travel agency.

Pre-order Request

Please send your order after the reservation is confirmed.

Orders can be added after arrival but cannot be changed.
Boiled crabs (Whole) cannot be ordered beforehand. Condition changes daily.
Hot pot is shared by 3~4 people.
Wasabi (Horse radish) is put aside.

Cancellation fee policy: Our restaurant collects food charge from customers who suddenly cancel their reservation within 2 days from the reserved date.
