Reservation

Reservation Process:
1. Submit your reservation request.
2. Online support desk will check availability with the branch.
3. Online support desk will send ”Confirmation request mail” to you.
4. Please reply to the ”Confirmation request mail” by due date and your reservation will be confirmed.

* Reservations can be made from 3 months prior up to 10 days in advance.(2 months prior for Sapporo Station branch.)
* Availability shown on website is reference only.
* Reply may take 1~3 Online Support business days. (Closed: Weekends & Holidays)
* Please reply to the ”Confirmation request mail” by the deadline .
  No reply = Auto-cancel
  请回复Confirmation Request邮件（不是自动回复） 如果没有回复，该请求将被取消。
* Groups of 11+ must book via travel agency.
* Sendai & Sakae Central branch requires advanced orders.
* The reservation input screen is NOT proof of a completed reservation.
